Our culture
For most of us, what we do is as much a hobby as a job. We try hard to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, so that work can be engaging but not stressful, challenging but not frustrating.
We're not a 9-5 clock-punching bunch and fully expect you to be enjoying an afternoon walk if you're done mid-day, but we're not afraid of hard work if we're just about to launch a new product.

Along with working for our external partners, we launched a number of our own projects, constituting an ecosystem of 250+ people.
We started:
- a pickling company - we make our own kombucha, tepache, chutneys and pickles!
- a coffee e-commerce (kawa.pl) and one of Europe's largest coffee festivals
- our own chain of cafes - kawa - rated #1 on TripAdvisor and Foursquare
- a B2B coffee marketplace - Beans
- a ground transportation marketplace called Talixo
- one of the fastest growing studios making online slot games - Kalamba Games

Open vacation policy
Tango was founded in the middle of nowhere in Iceland, when Wojtek and Michał were travelling around the world as digital nomads. We get it - the world is a beautiful place that's worth exploring! We'll keep the lights on for you, however long it takes, and we'll have a spot waiting for you once you're ready to come back.

Tango library
we have hundreds of physical books in our office - engineering, business, philosophy and self development. We also trade books - once you're done reading something from your personal library, you can bring it to the office and switch for whatever is currently available!

Our cafes
we run 4 cafes and a dedicated kitchen in Kraków as kawa.pl - we'll get you a discount for all meals and drinks in any location. We also operate a cafe just next to our office where you can pre-order breakfasts and lunches based on your dietary requirements.
